Yes, Mike Mahon was banned after making his experience with 3S very public and as pointed out, once banned , ALL his comments and posts regrading 3S was also deleted.. convienient, perhaps.. who am i to judge.

However, noted how quickly James you acknowledge your bad customers who have complaints.. And if you were as good as you claim, you wouldn't have any bad press, would you [-X

But regradless, i came on here to source a reliable garage for some work on a car i just got my hands on and in two minds what to do with it at present. Either get the new engine in and the car sorted or break it and simply buy another... :-k

Guys,

EVERY company with mess up. We are all human and in dealing with so many cars involving so many parts , the vast majority of which are made by third parties, there are bound to be faults with vehicles dealt with. I've been a friend of James for many years and haev met quite a few of his customers. Never met one which had anything but top stuff to say. However I too haev heard of one,or two things that havent gone smoothly. Any company that claims perfect results every time is talking rubbish,. What makes a company special is how they deal with these mistakes. I ahve heard of James going to great lengths to look after customers. However I have also been there when customers haev taken liberties and expected the earth or way more than was ever agredd and then leave with a bitter taste in their mouth, probably to post on here.

Just my 2p worth.

With all due respect, how are you in the knowledge of these facts? I find it quite hard to believe you would know this without being directly involved, especially when you only joined the site this week.

Please can you explain?

I would like to second Bob's comment. Whilst I may have not known James for that long, every time taken my car to 3S/TGT I've left very satisfied with the service and they've have always gone the extra mile as well as offer helpful advice. Just recently whilst having some work done to the car, James noticed the car wasn't boosting properly. Soon after the discovery James and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem (with the actuator) which I'm sure would have taken less knowledgable mechanics several hours/days to solve and fix.

Guys.

I accept we get things wrong from time to time, there is a right way and wrong way for both parties to behave when things dont go to plan, I have got it wrong on occassion as too have my customers. At the end of day me and my staff do this for job satifaction in doing a good job and never intend on anything less than good-perfect. We manage that 98-99% of the time, im sure sometimes we miss it by a long shot and all these incidents get my direct attention.

We continue to have 20-30 cars in the shop from week to week, the negativity I accept and try to avoid though its inevitable with such a large turnaround of vehicles weekly.

I might add that strangely missmananged complaints such as these only add to our level of business so are far from worth it from the consumers point of view. If you have any issues and wish to discuss them contact me directly.
