coilover noise
I'm after a little advice, I bought a set of BC BR coilovers a couple of months ago but only got round to fitting the bc's a couple of weeks ago, they were fine for a week, but now I've got a horrendous kind of creaking noise from the drivers side front it sounds a bit like an old rusty car door being opened/closed and is only really apparent when turning right, I've jacked the car up turned the wheel to full lock and nothing, I also had the wheel off checked that everything is tight, dropped the car back down and the noise is back, I should mention that I'm using standard sized camskill droplinks fitted the oem way,and the bc's have the new lower mounts, I'm going to try the droplinks the other way,but in the mean time has anyone got any other ideas?

Re: coilover noise
the drop links might be touching the lower arm, or the top mount might be faulty from factory although this is very very unlikely.

Thanks mate, I pray to god its not a faulty top mount, if it is do I go back to bc or the dealer I bought them through?
If the weather sorts itself out tomorrow i'll have a proper look at the droplinks and see if the creaking is cured with them fitted the other way.
Out of interest, how have you been fitting the droplinks with the new lower mounts? I know timsmr2 ended up running his replacement bc droplinks on the outside as they were fouling the mount on full lock, however these weren't standard length.
Other than the creaking, which may not be down to the coilovers, I've got to say I'm impressed.

Re: coilover noise
If they are rubbing it will be very obvious chap, there will be rub mark on the contact surfaces.
If it its the top mount, go back to the retailer to organise a replacemnet.
