[Mk2] [Generic] 205 profile front tyres on standard wheels?
Does anyone know if you can fit 205/50/15 tyres (Rather than 195/55/15) on the front rims without fouling the standard shocks or do you need a spacer to clear?

nope they'll fit fine. Plenty of folks have done just that to reduce understeer

Cool.. going back to standard wheels from 17s and 205s are more readily available.
