Unfortunately, due to a change in job, I have to sell my much loved MR2. I have recently taken a job as a community nurse and this car is just too nice to use for my work. I also need somethging more practical and more economical to run.I bought the car as a fresh import from TopSpec imports in March 2005.
I was the first UK owner and I am told there was one previous owner in Japan. I spent months looking for a standard, low mileage GT spec car. Eventually this car was found with just 30,000 miles on the clock from new. Everything standard and un-abused.Since owning the car, I have fitted the following:

The car has been regularly maintained by Peter Giddon
(Who I am sure will confirm the condition of this car) changing the oil every 5000 miles. The cam belt was replaced approx 4yrs ago. I have also changed the coolant twice in the 5 yrs I have owned the car. I have replaced the front discs and fitted new disc pads back and front approx 6000 miles ago. The air conditioning system was re-gassed last year and works very well. I have also replaced the ariel mast as the original broke (The only thing to break on the car since owning!) I also had a 4 wheel alighnment done a couple of years back.The car is in excellent condition for its age.
The bodywork is very tidy and there is no rust anywhere. The interior is in excellent condition and the Altancara seats are in supurb condition (Rare on a car of this age)There is also 8 months tax on the car.
I am not sure what else to say, except come and have a look.
I will be very sad to see this car go, as it has been fantastic.
In the 5 yrs I have owned it, I have never had any problems. If I had somewhere to store it, I would keep it. Unfortunately this is not possible.I am sure there are cheeper Rev 2's but I would imagine that there are very few as tidy as this.
