Mitsubishi turbos are arguably better designed than the Toyota CT series which are something akin to flamethrowers! You don't get anywhere near the same kind of IAT from a TD series turbo.

so rev1 @.8bar with 3"decat, 3" 5ziegen exhaust system, hks filter, should be in region of 260 bhp?

shame as i was hoping for more like the 290/300

id like 300 but i feel stock internals on rev1 may be slightly fragile and not cope with 300 and am not factoring in forged internals just to run over 300

may try find charge cooler and up boost a little further

Rev3 runs 0.9 (13psi) bar as standard. Small mods like a different exhaust makes it run about 1.0 bar (14.5 psi)

Have you seen my topic on the dynorun of my Rev3 with standard internals running 1.17 bar?
Have raced it like this on the track for several 1000s of KM without any problems ever:

not that it makes any difference because its all negligable but gavinda is actually correct.

1 bar = 14.5037744 psi
1 atm = 14.696
