The ice notches up another victim!

Post by alan.i »

I can't be bothered to go into to much detail at the moment regarding the accident but offer a warning to others who may be thinking of taking their cars out during these icy conditions? Don't bother.
It hurts to much.

having spoke to alan straight after this happened,i can only repeat what i said to him then.
ABSOLUTELY GUTTED
i go to most of the shows in alans company, and the work and care he has put in to his car is staggering,he is also one of the most careful drivers i have seen.
no consolation at the moment mate, but just glad you are ok.
prime example of a mr2,owned by a real genuine person.hope everything works out mate.

The damage to your car looks almost identical to what I did to mine... but mine was a race car so I had the luxury of a roll cage, six point harness, race seat and helmet. You must have been terrified when it was happening. I felt very rough for a few hours afterwards and ached for days. I'm relieved to see you're okay.

Best wishes.
