how do i remove

how do i remove the strips that run from the front to the back of both doors?
the black strip that is like a window seal has all flaked and pealed on my rev 2 makes the car look a mess...
anyone help or advise how to remove as i have got a mate who has 2 gd ones and is willing to swap me for mine as he has wrote his car off, thanks jay

If its the strips i think you mean, the ones that go a greeny colour with moss all over them, have the windows wound all the way down and remove the doorcards, you should be able to get to the clips that hold them in place

or leave them on the car and do this ive read horror stories of them breaking thats why i left mine on. :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:

she's all comming together nicely now after a fair bit of cash spent, not bad for just an n/a now for some body kit i think.

not the bits you sprayed mte, its the bit by the glass that is still black on yours...
