I have a set of oz vela which i can't seem to fit on my mk 2, front wheels are 17" 8j et40 with 225/40/17 but keep rub on the suspension big time, what can i do to make these fit, many thanks in advance, Haydon.

i really appretiate that Tarmac, i have read up on the hub centric spacers and have a good idea what they are and how they work, but how do i know which ones will work?? my wheels are oz vela 17" 8j ET40, vehicle- mr2 mk2 g limited import.
