I need some tecnical info about cam belt

Anyone got any info on changing cam belt?

I need a kind of haynes manual type format as i'm gonna do mine in feb and i'm gonna avoid my local mr T as they want £320 and thats not menu price either!

Hey andy...ive just been quoted 280 for mine to be done a MRT and thats without my discount from a friend who works there...have a shop round. :)
