European road trip

Post by 3S Service Centre »

Hi Guys.

We are organising a European road trip this summer. We will first call at the Hungaroring for some track day fun.
See here.

http://www.hungaroring.com/Events

Then onto Romania and the transfagarasean recently reviewed on top gear.

We will be organising accomodation at a local rate making this trip affordable for lots of people this is possible because my wife and I have friends and Family in Hungary and Romania.

We are planning a long way ahead to make the very best plans and ensure finances are in place.

If you would like to share in this experience let us know and we can keep you informed as the plans take shape.

Yeah we are slighty restricted by the F1 but July/August, we will treat it as our holiday so organising the fun stuff too cos it will be very warm plenty of tanning nice sticky roads. We can alter dates around others to a degree. Will close the workshop and the lads will come too.

Toni, great to here from you, your all very welcome, this trip will have a very "Holiday" feel about it only with some fantastic motoring fun here and there, there are lots of great places we can show you guys.

The hungarians are very warm people and will make us very welcome. The Transylvanian mountains were Hungarian Territory before the war so there is a big devide between the more wealthy Hungarians and the Romanians, the place if full to the brim with culture/customs and amazing landscapes to explore. Theres some great bars/clubs/restaurants too. With my broken Hungarian I could order a drink or two. :eye:

No I'm being serious. Its not through lack of wanting performance, its the lack of air at that altitude. It really is mental. My mates 350z was very sluggish in comparison to sea level, and running back to the car to get the camera leaves you out of breath. The air is very thin at 9500ft.
