puddle of water

just had some heavey rain over night.

opened the drivers door to a puddle of water in the floor well arrgggg

not ssure if the door wasn't closed tight, "hate slamming them"

but door seal looks ok, cant see any plits ect.

sun room is dry.

any suggestions guys

Any rust at the bottom of the door or in the wheel arch area, the window seal on the doors isn't waterproof and water can build up in the door, there is normally a hole in the bottom of the door to drain it.
also the heater matrix could be leaking, does the coolant need topping up ?

had both sills done this year. booted of door was painted. front archers appear sound so does the screen seels

takeing driver seat and carpet out tomorrw

hmm it was from the door card.

drilled some drain hole close to the door skin,

would it be worth putting some plastic behind the door card
