[FINALIZED] Black 1995 Rev 3 Turbo Tintop

I am selling my excellent Rev 3 turbo, Its a 1995 turbo imported two years ago and I am the first UK keeper. It has just clocked up 72,000 miles and has 12 months mot and six months tax. It flew through the mot with only an advisory on the hanbrake binding so I have replaced both rear handbrake cables. I wanted a tintop as they are stiffer than tbar's and to avoid any leak issue's. I have spent a small fortune on it over the last year making it mechanically perfect. It has had fitted the following new parts,

Exedy stage 1 organic clutch
Berk De-cat flexi downpipe
Japspeed twin stainless exhaust
Berk style uprated intercooler
HKS induction kit
Apexi AVCR boost controller
Blitz Blow off valve
Thermostat
NGK 1 grade colder plugs
EBC Yellow stuff pads and grooved an drilled discs
Goodrich braided brake hoses
D2 coilovers
S bits custom droplinks
New driveshaft support bearing
New under braces
17" cruise sabre alloys (215 40 17 / 235 40 17) tyres

I have fitted Genuine Bomex side skirts and rear spats. I also have a rogue rev 6 front bumper available with the car if wanted. The bodywork is in fair condition for the age, but it could do with some areas of paint being refreshed. I was planning to fit the bumper and have the whole car resprayed to be perfect again after I have spent so much bringing the car into such good condition mechanically but Im just not interested anymore as I have too many other hobbies.

The interior is in great condition, It currently has the original cloth seats and doorcards but I have half leather seats and doorcards in the garage that will go with the car. I have fitted a sports steering wheel and momo boss, Trd gear knob and new leather gaitor. I had a custom centre gauge mount made to house boost, oil pressure and temp gauges and the kenwood cd player.

I have all the original parts that will go with the car also.

I bought a similar car recently. The same year Rev3 M reg. I was mk1 and always wondered whether the Mk2 Rev3 turbo was all that it is cracked up to be. Well having had the car for three weeks now it is the best thing since sliced bread, it is a fine looking car, more importantly it is so fast through acceleration that it will put a guaranteed smile on your face every time you drop down a gear and floor the throttle. I paid the full £3,000 asking price for mine to make the deal was on and it is the best spend ever.

Ok I can't talk for the quality of this car but if it's anything like mine then it will be a bargain at that price and while I settled for a banana yellow one, black is the one I really wanted and no i'm not a sales rep for this guy!

Thanks guys, Im still not sure I want to sell this as its just so fun and yet its the most reliable car Ive ever had. Its never missed a beat, I will be very sad to see this go especialy for the price they go for these days.

I just sold mine for £3k and it aint got half the upgrades you have. (couple of threads below this one.

Id be inclined to put the price at £3.5k if i were you but then thats just me.

If your wanting a quick sale then yeah, keep the price at £3k as long as the car your after is still available.

With regards to missing my car already, i think i miss MR2 Turbo's in general. Ive had a couple now and nothing beats it for the monies in my opinion in terms of enjoyment.

Ive had GT4 (ST205) and a DC2 Integra but still come back to the MR2 turbo's. I like a car that can make me crap myself on demand and the MR2 is the one for me.

Give it a few months and i may get another one as my financial situation sorts itself out.
