(PS3) God of War Collection

Post by Andy Jones »

Any body else seen the footage of this HD remake? Tis looking rather cool and having started both games on PS2 but not finishing them i've decided to give this a whirl. Ordered from the US as it doesn't look like Sony plan on releasing it over here this year, Bizzare. Released the same day as COD 6. Managed to get it for £32 delivered so just hoping it gets through customs without having any fees slapped on it.

Hi Mike, E-bay seller was called "3busymen" :thumleft: he has the stand-alone version of Demon Souls which i'm tempted to order too :-k but I think i'll be busy trying to Platinum Uncharted 2 before GOW arrives

Edit: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0356698787 There ya go, Release date put back a week i've just noticed :( There was rumours they we're going to region lock this title as to not damage EU sales next year but according to the Sony forums they've decided not too so it's all gravy.

There is that too :D can't imagine it being that easy, Guessing we'll have to finish both games on "God" setting to get a Platinum.

Got god of war on the PSP and it was an amazing game. Completed it in Easy but on hard i can only get about 75% through it and gave it up as a bad job.

Looks like they're being a bit generous and not milking it too much due to the fact it's a flashy remake and it's not a full price title :thumleft:

Need Naughty Dog to do the same with the original Crash Bandicoot 1-3 and Jak and Daxter 1-3 :)

Team Ico have already said they're looking into doing the same with Ico and Shadow of the Colossus.
