Sadly due to a change in living arrangements LOL I am needing to sell the MR2
This is not perfect hence the price I have it listed for,
A friend and I originally brought the car to do up and sell on.
It came to us with a bit of rear end damage and needing a new engine.
The rear bumper had taken a hit and slightly bent the metal behind it but this was easily pulled back out.
We also replaced the engine that came from another REV2.
I need a quick sale on this so will be as honest as possible.
The engine is basically standard apart from a Dump Valve that came with the engine but I think I may have the spare parts to return it to standard I will have to check.
The car is still limited to 120kph or whatever it is, clock is still in KM. The car also has a traction control system fitted but it does not work.There is no under car palstic cowling, to stop the front bumper flexing as much I cable tied it in a few locations until I came accross the cowling to put on but never fonud any.
Paintwork is not the best could do with being sprayed in a few places.
Passenger side rear inner CV join has recently split but I have a new one to go on that will come with the car.
There is a slight oil leak coming from the rocker cover I think this seems to be a usual thing and tightening up the screw does slow it a bit but I guess it needs a new gasket.
Also the drivers side from wheel bearing has recently started making a noise but this can be picked up cheap on ebay.
The car has APEX lowering springs so it sits quite low but the ride can be quite harsh and the rear suspension does clunk now and then.
The car has 6 months MOT and I think the TAX is up next month.
It passed its last MOT without any major issues just had to replace a rear ball joint.Oh yeah forgot to add the T-Bar does leak on the passenger side in heavy rain.
