Thought i would rebump this thread as there seemed to be loads of interest and nothing got arranged.

When would people like to do this meet?

well if anyones interested in a meet and a longer run, I'm organising a run on 13th August to start at the Acton Arms in Bridgenorth and going on to Aberystwyth and if the weathers ok a bbq at our site... full info is in events with the route etc. Will be the second one this year, you're all more than welcome to join in.

yeah john was, i think he was just thinking of a local meet a pub somewhere or something like that. There seems to be lots of interest but nothing ever got arranged.

Don't get me wrong i'm not trying to take over johns position just thought i would rebump the thread to get some interest going again.

I'd spoken to JOTSTRD a while ago about a local meet, wondered about the Summerhill or whatever they call it now as its got a large carpark, good food, even better beer........ annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd Jot knows the landlord

not seen him for a few weeks, so dont know whats happened with his car. Sure I'd have seen it around this way if he'd been around.....little more distinctive than most cars round here

And its walking distance for you if you have one to many....
Jots had some brake probs an been off the road, not sure if hes fixed it( hes not sold it , yet). but the Summhill will do for me... just name the day an time......

How about if we go for mid week - 20th? that gives Dave chance to do his night shifts and not miss out if thats ok with everyone I'll put it in events
