Pretty sure you get the component one. Surprised they took the HDMI lead out of the box. Mate bought one last night and was asking me what type he needs and I told him he should have one and to argue with Game

They could probably get the cables for pennies and put them in the box. Saying that, they probably make a fortune selling official microsoft ones for silly money as an extra.

best thing ive had was currys tried to sell me a gold plated optical audio lead.... apparently it gives better sound quality cause of the gold plate lol how is that possible when the signal is transferred by light lol

Richer Sounds telling me an HDMI lead for my Xbox would cost either £40, £80 or about £120

That is bad enough but this was before the Xbox had HDMI capabilty!!!
I'd already bought an arcade console from a friend and upgraded to HD TV not long after. I asked "have you got an HD lead for an Xbox 360" and thats what he tried to sell me.

Dvd players, printers, the ps3 didnt last time i checked.

Guess its an easy way to get us to spend that extra few quid.

Thats the thing, have you seen the price difference between an official 360/PS3 HDMI lead and shops own brand?

I think it was £9.99 own brand and £19.99 official in Game yesterday.

I have a 15m HDMI cable foe £28 and it works just fine!

Its 3 time thicker too

The 15m cable goes from the Splitter box attached to the Sky+HD box but unlike my diag it goes all the way into the AV Receiver (Just so I can put the footy on)

Its a program for your mac, it allows the PS3 to wireless access as the mac as a wireless server
