Bolt snapped on rear bed! Help.

I needed to drop my rear bed again today to fit the anti roll bar bushes.

Upon doing so one of the longer bolts (looking from rear, the one on
left furthest away) broke. It has snapped well up inside the hole with
no hope of getting any type of grips on it!

I am so gutted have been working flat out on this car for weeks now
and was due to finnish today, just on deadline.
What can I do... Has anyone else had this problem before?

I really appricate all your help gents...i cant abandon this project now.

I had the same thing happen to mine when the rev3 ARBs were fitted. Can't help though since Pacific Works did all the work. I do know there was some welding involved. Maybe give Luke there a call and ask how it was done...? I know he's in tomorrow.

cut the subframe open, get to the bolt, weld back up.. Thats what I did to mine when the captive nut came loose

If I am understanding you it is the same bolt that I snapped when I was fitting my ARB bushes
I bought a very hard carbide 3.5mm drill bit and very slowly drilled a hole in the centre. When I say slowly I mean very very slowly. Use a centre punch to start off. Have your drill set on a slow speed and do it in 10-15 second bursts and let the drill bit cool in between.
Once you have a decent size hole in the bolt, then use an extraction set and trust me it will come out.
It is a long job and you definitely need safety glasses as the very small and sharp bits of bolt go everwhere.

The carbide drill bit was about £19 from RS trade Counter if I remember correctly.
