'91 Rev1 N/A cat c damage + CarPC

Post by Rev1Richie »

For Sale is my Beloved MR2, Had for 3 years and have been modifying it all the while

Details of Car

Car is a 1991Rev1 Mk2, it has been resprayed at some point in Toyota Super Red 3L2,
Engine is in good order, have had no problems since purchase.
MOT till FEB 2010, The car is currently Cat c as it was written off by the insurance company for a clip to the drivers rear panel.
In all honesty, body work damage extends to Door, Vent, Sill. (see pictures) which is about £300 - £400 to fix or less.
Car has been reliable and never let me down, as we all say, but i'm telling the truth...
Car was totally stock when i got it and have been modifying it over the last 3 years.
Std Alloys have Falken ZE 912 tyres on them, 195/60/R14 on the front and 205/60/R14 on the rear. Treads on tyres are fine, they’ve had about 8 months on them. Car is currently on the space save and is drivable.

Mods to Car

Cream interior added
X - Brace to Engine bay
Enzo Styled Steering wheel, gear stick and handbrake
Short shifter added
Gear and Handbrake gaiters by Rhon
EL Glow Dials (real cool)
Polished fuse box covers by poohbear
clear indicators and clear side repeaters
Plastic Clear Headlamps with Xenon bulbs (much better than std)
Apexi Air Intake (nice sound)

Oh and i nearly forgot, fully working and installed Car PC

Bad Bits

NONE! except...
Some lacquer is lifting on the paintwork, and there are some funny marks on the rear (pitting?) I was going to respray these bits
Exhaust is starting to blow a little, it may be fixable, i'm not sure.
Rear drivers wheel must have sustained a puncture in the knock as it deflated and the car is currently on the space saver
Usual scuffs and scrapes for a car of this age.

I have since moved on and could strip this car and dump the rest, but i just cant bear to see it put down like that, not when , with a little work, she would be a great little car for someone.

Price I'm asking for this car complete with all the mods and the PC is £850
