noices arg

just had my MR2 hit a pot whole pretty hard :mad:

Now i have a very bad creaking noice :( Nearside front ive taken the wheel off every thing seems on ish

dropp links where relaced 4 weeks ago! only movement i can find is the coil spring can be turn by hand and the anti role bar bush looks shagged

any ideas guys

Phone the council to complain, they will send out a form and tell you to get a quote. you will need to take pictures etc of the pothole and having a witness would help.

That way you should find out exactly whats wrong and hopefully get the damage paid for as the council have neglected the road.

Do you have standard struts?
Can the nearside spring 'spin' with the front off the ground?
If you grab the strut piston (within the spring) and shake it can you hear a rattle? (is the n/s any diferent when you do this?).

the mounting point of the anit role barbush is split about 4 inchs of metal :cry:
