Rev5 UK car Sonic Shadow T Bar (new details £3600)

Post by oddshoes »

Pistonheads advert http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1252630.htm

2000 (Jan) V reg Sonic Shadow GT T-bar
Mileage is just under 92,000miles,
Tax till 31-01-2010,
MOT till 30-3-2010
£3600 thats £200 cheaper than advertised on pistonheads if it is going to go to a good home on the forums

New pics to follow as I now sold pending payments the Preformance package (Mongoose exhaust/ decat and Jap Spec induction) which will be replaced with stock items and the Volks alloys which will be replaced with a mint set of rev3 alloys.

I am selling my pride and joy which was a nice project for me but unfortunately due to working in the Horticulture/ Leisure industry my job has been hit badly by the recession so I have to sell me baby to fund a career change in the near future. I only bought the car in March this year iirc and have looked after her well as any ture enthuasit would, so if you are looking for one of the last MK2's registered that has been well looked after you've found it! With it being a UK rev5 it has the benefit from having an LSD, ABS, Airbag in the Steering wheel and speed flaps just to mention some. There is also a lot of Toyota dealership history as well as 9 Toyota Dealership service stamps 1 other service stamp (non Toyota dealership) as well as 7 MOT certificates, since owning her I have 2 other services stamps from Pacific works (MR2 Specialist) in the service book of which the last one was for a Water pump and Cambelt change.

Exterior
Crystal Corner Front inductors, 4300K Bi Xenon HIDs, I had the Revision 5 rear wing resprayed to match the roof colour

Interior
Unique black and grey seats with grey door cards, Rhon's leather gear lever and Handbrake gaiters with grey stitching, Short Shifter, Pioneer CD Head unit and after market amp (sony iirc)

Security
Tracker fitted (good for the insurance), Stock Toyota Alarm with spare Toyota key

Servicing in my ownership
I have 2 other services stamps from Pacific works (MR2 Specialist) in the service book since my ownership of which the last one was for a Water pump and Cambelt change and the other stuff was New Sparks, New Oil and Filter, New stock Air filter and the rest of the service record is below .

I also ment to mention that I have had a Tracker fitted to the car and have an oringal spare key. I am looking for offers around the asking price, I still have the oringal CAT & exhaust as well as the airbox so parts can be removed and replaced with OEM parts for a lower price

Hold your horses Dave it's only been three days since you first put it up. Got to have a little patience in this day and age mate.

Thanks fella I am gutted that I have to sell her but needs must really to be honest and if they didnt I would'nt be selling her thats for sure  . I will be putting her up on pistonheads towards the end of this month as I would like the car her to go to someone on one of the owners club first, before I put her up on pistonheads. I have had a couple of messages about the car..... I dont expect her to sell straight away tbh and while I still have my current job I am not going to let her go for silly money as I have an idea of what I want and whats she is worth but luckly have the options of removing a few parts as stated, which would give me other options
