I knew there was generally 2 years between each revision & that production ended in 2000, so I just went back 2 years from then.

If this is true, then I am glad I didn't bid on it.
I was considering to make a bid as it seemed interesting, but decided not to as except for being 3 years newer, it didn't seem to offer too much extra as compared to the nice '94 Turbo I already have.
If the car indeed needed quite a lot of work, than it was clearly misrepresented as it was described as one of the nicest around

Car is in great condition and wants for nothing.
