Mine passed ok ,ive used white led bulbs so they flash orange

looks good mate..!! i had white bulbs in before so i thought i would put orange ones in, but to be honest there wasnt alot of difference really..!!
you think led ones are better..???

With normal white bulbs in they flashed red ,With orange bulbs in they flashed red ,With the leds they flash nearly orange ,

Had to use a led flasher though or resistors as i first fitted

Led bulbs use less power ,so the standard flasher unit for the indicators thinks a bulb has blown, and the indicators flash too quick

The led flasher unit stops this ,so does fitting in line resistors

i have fitted a few leds on the interior and had to put a few resistors in..!! so that makes alot ov sense
cheers for the info dude.. think i'll go for the flasher unit,, more simple.. :-k
im assuming the 3 pin one is a direct replacment ?? :thumleft:

Almost a direct replacement need to remove the outer cover and swap it around with the toyota one the pins are in a different place ,easy to do though ,the hard bit is lying on your back with your head under the dash fitting the unit

Another member (mad1) explained to me how to do it ,ill try and find the post between us

not bad at all mate, they're about £16 a side from Toyota!

I'm ordering a pair of Rev3 ones tomorrow, less than £20 for the pair :D
