[Mk2] [Turbo] What arm is this

Hi all i need to replace a bush but im not sure what to order.

its the rear suspension arm i think.....

Its mounted infront of the rear drivers wheel under the drivers fllor and runs back through another arm that goes fron the ball joint across ??????

whats the arm called and how hard is the front bush to change ?
