[Mk2] [Turbo] clutch fitting and removal

ok my clutch is shagged so i am going to have t replace it im told it can be done for around 180-200 if this is the case i csant be ar$ed to get dirty if not i really dont mind so what involed cant i just lower one side remove wheel and shaft and then split the box ?

if not how much a place like 3s or somewhere down south charge labour ?
