I have re-rgistered as I now have an MR2 again!!

I was a member before I had my beloved MR2 G-LTD and really enjoyed using the forums which I found always very usefull and met many good people.

during the period of having my last MR2 I have had a couple of other different cars encluding a lovely 1995 Mustang 5.0 V8 great car and good fun. after that I had a RX7 twin turbo and it was fast and pretty but was a big pile of poo. I always pined for another MR2 so I went out and bought a 1990 MR2 Turbo T-bar, Red with only 44'000 mile on the clock. love it to bits and thought the right thing now is to re-join the club......... so here I am

Cheers Marty, what part of aberdeen you in? Lived there in a flat just outside the city centre for three months in 2006 it was when you had this massive snow storm that mucked thing up for about a week in about febuary time, trying to drive the MR2 to the airport and back everyday was a nightmare. Worked for CHC Helicopter maintenance, till I found I hated helicopters

my last car was red and took some looking after ! now ive got a black one more hard work all part of the fun i guess

I cant think of a good colour for a car that doesnt need loads of attention, the C1 was Metallic Black and was a nightmare to keep clean but I do like the red when its all cleaned up and had pleanty of plish on it. Got the car booked in with Rogue for a cambelt change this week so at least I will have the peace of mind knowing that its done. Then I can give a bit of stick but only a little of course
