What needs doing?
What's the mileage?
MoT?
Tax?
How many owners?

£850 is strong money for a less than perfect Rev1.

<---- I paid £800 for my mint Rev3.

I bought my Rev 3 in October last year when prices were higher than they are now, with 60k miles on the clock.

£850 is beer money and 92k miles for a Rev1 is nothing. I sold my first Rev1 with 140k miles on the clock and the engine was 100%.

Enjoy it!

after a good buff up i think that will look a whole lot better and only little faults aswell you cant go wrong, my rev 2 has 136000 on the clock and still pulls like a train with no smoke enjoy it matey :thumleft: :thumleft: :thumleft:
she's all comming together nicely now after a fair bit of cash spent, not bad for just an n/a now for some body kit i think.

Billyboy, my rev1 has done 100,000 miles more than that and has never had an engine problem touch wood (in the lucky way not the self abuse way!). If the only probs are those you've mentioned it should be OK as has been suggested with a little TLC. Looks very standard too if it's still sitting on the original 14" wheels.
Hope you enjoy it.

My first Mr2 was a black REV1 and in ways it was the one I was the most impressed with, probably because it was so different to anything else I'd owned.

A good wash and polish and you'll see a world of difference.

A nice simple, unmolested black MR2 with a nice silver set of wheels epitomises the MK2 :thumleft:
