Recommended Importers
Hi lads & ladies, Please could you all recommend any Importers you know of who do a good job? A friend of mine wants to import a 350Z but doesn't have a clue who to use. He's aware of the hassles this could cause but wants to go ahead with it anyway - Company names, websites, etc. Many thanks, N...

3s Services
Hi all, My car was booked in with 3s Services from Tuesday this week to have a new clutch and cambelt fitted - I know they were moving last weekend from Fleet to Aldershot but no-one is answering the mobile to give me directions (they asked me to call Tuesday to get directions and then drop the car ...

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] Clutch change and cambelt service
No worries - me being slack that's all. I just paid up so all's good.
Is there anywhere I can buy the clutch from myself with a club discount? I think the standard clutches are around 160/200 and if I can get that reduced, I just need to argue over labour
Cheers,
Neil

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] Clutch change and cambelt service
Blimey - thanks all, i'm much happier I asked. The quote was from a garage in Andover who've always done great work for me in the past but it felt a little high....
I'm in Reading, Berks, can anyone recommend anywhere near here? I haven't tried 3s yet but I hear a lot of good things.

[Mk2 Turbo] Clutch change and cambelt service
Hi all, Burnt my clutch out over the weekend and it's within 5k of the cambelt change so I want to pop it in for everything at once. Any idea on the costs for this? I was thinking around £450 for clutch supply and fit and then £350 odd for the cambelt work. Would £750/800 cover it? I will ring aroun...

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] Tyre Pressures
I'm a very exacting man. Custom built, one of a kind, first in the UK, etc. etc. Thanks for the info. Also, do you know any decent places to go to have a full laser tracking done? I want all the geometry of the car checked as I think it's all over the place at the moment...I'm in Reading Berk...

I'll take one of these on the proviso that someone can fit for me as I am USELESS at this sort of thing
I've always wanted this mod done.
I'm in reading - anyone near enough to help? Donations of course offered.....

[Mk2 Turbo] Boost cut / fuel cut?
OK, please could someone help me understand all this. I have a basic knowledge of how all this works but I have some questions.... My car recently had a downpipe and mongoose fitted. It then started to cut out at about 5500rpm (the engine light on the dash would blink). I rang Millway and we agreed ...

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] Now that i'm hitting engine cut....
Hi all, Thanks all for some great info. I'll give Millway a call and ask how much for the Unichip without Boost controller and then I think i'm gonna buy an EBC. Does the Unichip have an inbuilt FCD? Also, does an EBC? I'm not using any sort of boost control at the moment - I wanted the breathing an...

[Mk2 Turbo] Now that i'm hitting engine cut....
Hi all, Since i've had my mongoose fitted, when I push the car hard, the engine cuts at about 5500rpm and the yellow engine light bottom left of the instrument binnacle flashes on and then goes out again quickly. It did this twice so i have stopped driving the car for the time being. What would have...
