koni adjustables with jamex springs only £160
koni adjustable dampers and jamex springs, sold as strut assembly 3 of the topmount look ok 1 needs replacing £250 this is and expensive set up brand new http://imageshack.us/g/29/09072011115.jpg/ i have checked the koni's and it looks like the oil seals may need replacing on the front dampers, this...

ive got about 50 front and 45 rear the fronts catch the wings slightly when cornering hard 30mm should easily be fine. just make sure you have all your alignment done or it will be miles out. got any pics of yours on that drop superRed this is a 30mm koni drop http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/548...

mine are standard
knackered and knocking due to setting adjustable suspension
to a to hard setting and driving on bumpy roads

no the paint is not that expensive, but as it wasn't mixed to toyota 043 and i think it was transit van white it was half the price

i am going to respray my mk1 but to keep the price down i wasn't going to go for toyota white as any white will do 

now a few months ago some gave me a weblink to a place doing cheap paint the sold just standard white, red and black

marky san, i reckon it would be alright there's the whole boot floor and engine compartment that sould be strong enough Mart, cheers mate that was exactly what i was after, even better with pics as we are on the subject of weight reduction what else have you done to yours, ive taken out all the carp...

i have already started to do a bit weight reduction to my mk1, i have done most of the interior,
i was wondering if anyone has tackled the rear bumper, as it is quite heavy

i was thinking about taking most of the steel out of it but i was wondering how people mount the bumper back onto the car
