Mine smokes on boost as well mate. Its white smoke, so not sure what it is yet. Im booked in 2 have a leak down test, compression test and rolling road tune up. Im hoping its not 2 expensive!

What does white smoke normally mean? It uses a fair bit of oil as well.

It does pop and bang alot with lots of flames (so im told) so maybe both.

Im booked in for a dyno on the 2nd of march so will find out then. Also gona check for fault codes as something might be adrift.

Mine was dynoed @ 260bhp, before the cooler, and 12psi. Maybe 270+ish now, so mines quite shocking then!

Just worked mine out 16.8 !! Rev2 turbo, Greddy Power Extreme exhaust with 3" downpipe, Apexi induction kit, HSK SSQV, XS Power intercooler, 14psi, and cooler plugs.

All town driving with a mix of chilled and hard.

Can anyone beat that? Is that about right?

Well was driving the tubby 2night and stoped at some lights. Booted at away changed from 1st into 2nd BOV went off i braked hard 2 stop and the car stalled. Started it up and fine, no problems. When u tighten it up doesnt it cut the boost down? I fuked about with 1 i had on my 200sx. When i tightened it up and it was running like a bag of poo. Then i loosened it up and the car came back 2 life. Not sure if its the same on an MR2 tho as i havnt had a play yet. Also the ballbearing my be jam...
