Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] ARB mounting plates

Thanks for the reply Ryan. These are an aftermarket part so I don't think they can be bought from Toyota. I've looked on mr2 bens website and can't see them on there either.

[Mk2] [Turbo] ARB mounting plates

I'm looking for some ARB mounting plates as my mounts are starting to split the chassis. So thought I'd get them welded up and put these plates on to stop it happening again. Could anyone point me in the right direction as to where I could get some from in the uk?

[Mk2] [Turbo] LSD'S

I'm after some advice on lsd's. What's the difference between 1.5 way and 2 way? Could anyone recommend a good quality lsd? Or where I could get one from. Thanks in advance.

Did this work for you? Mine is a mechanical speedo. Do you know if it'd work with mine?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Lsd help

This is brilliant news! Why do people say that you need lsd drive shafts then?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Lsd help

Thanks for the reply. I didn’t think the shafts I have would work either though? I don’t have lsd shafts.

[Mk2] [Turbo] Lsd help

I have a rev1 turbo with an e153 gearbox. I’d like to have an lsd. I have purchased a rev2 e153 gearbox with a broken fork selector and a hole in the end casing. Would I be able to make a working e153 lsd gearbox for my car? Would rev 5 n/a shafts fit or could I make them work with the shafts alread...

100% full length. I only did mine in parts and it's coming away where there's no tape.

Re: What spec wheels to get?

Thanks for the replies. I've bought a set of a-tech. Specs are 8j et35 and 9j et38. I need centre caps for them though.

What spec wheels to get?

I'm looking for some new wheels for my rev 1 turbo. I'd like to get the rota gtr or rota grids. Ideally I want them to be 17" but I'm getting very confused with the offset and width. Some knowledge would be greatly appreciated. Also I have BC racing coilovers fitted.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] What offset for my rev1 with BC's

I've noticed that there's not much clearance even on stock wheels. Thanks for the replies.

[Mk2] [Turbo] What offset for my rev1 with BC's

Pretty much what the above says. I've recently fitted BC coilovers and thought the next purchase would be wheels. I'm looking for 17" wheels but am not sure on what offset or width would be ideal. Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
