I think that the fact that the belts and service are gonna be due soon (which is big bills if you need a garage to do it) and the weather is crap is not going to help you. It looks a good cheap car though and good luck with the sale but the above points would put me off. If your capable of doing th...

Well, I took the pics & it's now of the classifieds here. Priced it under a grand so will see if I've got that about right. Will miss it for sure, but with baby no.3 a few months away I dont want it just sat around gathering dust in my garage for the year.

Will be selling soon.. Shame. One question how come all the car in classifieds here are turbos? Are NA cars not desirable now? seems plenty quick enough to me
Cheers
Sorry guys.. I'm wrong took a look this morning. It's where the pipe leaves (?) what I assume is the cat, just behind being the silencer box, nearside. Will try & take a picture & put up here
Cheers.. let me check this with you.. the location of the gasket I'm describing is to the side of the silencer box, where one of the pipes exits the box before heading back under the bumper. This stuff the correct temp fix for there?
I've got the standard factory exhaust fitted & Luke noticed the gasket was looking tired. Drove it last week & can hear it blowing now.
Other than replacing, is there any compound that'll help re-seal?
