hope it goes well, you can give things a good clean while your there so thats a positive and if you wanted to tart up the engine bay with some paint than the time is now lol

always look for the good in the bad

done some quick research for things you could try:

oil filter seal (wipe round it and check its not leaking)

dip stick O ring (random but this is what I found lol)

oil pan gasket

leaks from distributor

hope that helps in your search

You checked all fuses, there is a fuse box in the engine bay, front trunk, and in the driver side footwell to the right. could have knocked the clip slightly out of that fuse box in the footwell somehow (strange but might happen for some reason), its just a bit behind the frunk release. have a torc...

have you tried checking the ecu codes (never know)

it does sound like there is some wiring damage somewhere thats causing the problem.

I had to rewire all my speakers and connections due to the stereo wiring being cut into so many times before and the active system being bu88ered.

well, good news. I have solved my problems, I have found a rev 3 n/a engine, box and other bits for a nice little figure. And I have arranged for the lovely people down at Pacific Works to hook it all up for me. So it should all be up and running in the near future and then I can start hooking it up...
