I have been using Mintex pads for a few of my cars and find them pretty good.
Brake fluid is more important though to avoid brake fades !!

Re: Best MR2 Mark 2 For Me?
Red is not that bad at fading so long as you keep it waxed regularly and keep it out of the sunshine (car cover helps). Mine is slightly faded as it has been standing outside for its live but I mopped it back mostly and now waxed to death

Re: LED converted heater controls
Quick question, if you change the cluster and heater control bulbs to LEDs, would the light dimmer still works to dim the interior or the LEDs are set only at its brightest setting?

Re: Best MR2 Mark 2 For Me?
Also I heard some time ago that the rev 1/2 were more tail happy/didn't handle as well as the later models? I'm actually slightly worried about the tail happy side of things I've heard a lot about people spinning them on roundabouts  Rev 2 has bigger wheels and wider rear tyres so more underst...

Re: Best MR2 Mark 2 For Me?
What is a sensible mileage to look out for? I've seen some at 89k some at 194k  obviously less if best but... whats a reasonable amount before you would consider it too much? I would buy on condition rather than mileage at this stage. When I bought mine at 15 year-old, it has done 150k. 10k pe...

Finchingfield is a very nice rural village. Last time I went there, I parked next to a bright yellow Corvette Z06 - the kleenex came out needless to say... Though the villagers may not appreciate Toyota's finest creations brapping through their village :thumleft: Yellow Corvette is nice. There is a...

Another good road thats up near north london is the B158, goes from near potters bar to hertfordshire. If you want to go even further theres another road that goes from hertford east and you end up near the M11. An early early morning group drive would be cool :thumleft: Shall I arrange one then? H...
