I took mine off and looked in the yellow pages for a local reconditioning firm. Paid £70 and its been in for the last 5 years :)

Hi, I've changed 3 now without problems. Its a straightforward nuts and bolts job to take the hub off. The bearings are available from your local auto spares shop for around £35. Then you need to find a local engineering company to press out the old and put in the new - I was lucky enough to be allo...

dash lights

Does your car have a dimmer for the dash lights? If so, could be this that is faulty or the wiring to / from it. Can be accessed easily by dropping the bottom half of the dash down. Hope this helps. :?

Had similar problem which turned out to be knackered alternator.
Try checking charge voltage from alternator, should be approx. 14.6volts.
Failing that try checking diagnostic plug and reading fault from there. :?

:D Its above the glove box. Best access is to take the glove box lid off completely.

Help ! - Power steering problems

I have an intermittent fault on my rev 2 turbo power steering. I keep losing the power assistance, pump not running, warning light on dashboard on. Can some one tell me where the relays are to check electrical connections or suggest what may be the problem. Fluid level is ok.
