Duncan, You may want to check the sidewall/shoulder of that deflated tyre, I've no idea how long it was flat for, but if you've been driving it flat the sidewall is likely to be damaged and bulging. thought the rear mounts on your seat didn't look standard duncan, didn't realise they looked that different. Nice to see i was correct about the rear mounts, was kind of suprised about the front ones though, just good to know I was right
