[Mk2] [Turbo] 5mm Spacers. Ok to use or not a good idea??
Hi all, I've just bought some wheels and i've found out i'll most probably going to have to run a 5 mm spacers to clear my coilovers. I mainly do trackdays with my MR2 tubby and have heard varying ideas about using spacers on the front of the car. I.e it causing damage to wheel bearings and increasi...

[Mk2] [Generic] Fancy swapping my mint forged/staggered BBS alloys for your rims???
Just wondered if anyone wants to swap their 16" staggered japanese alloys (not too bothered about tires) for my staggered and dished 17x 7 et +32 and 17x 8 et +38 forged BBS alloy wheels. My wheels are in mint condition with no scratches etc and are super lightweight. Only wanting to swap as i ...

[Mk2] [Generic] VOLK TE37's thinking of changing them, don't know what for though???
I've some staggered white 16 inch te37 alloys and tires and i'm looking to swap them for something different.
I know they are pretty much the best alloys for an MR2 but i just fancied a change and wondered what people were fitting on their cars at the moment

Any thoughts/pics welcome

[Mk2] [Turbo] Which Exhaust should i go for?? Your views wanted!
After looking on both MR2 owners clubs for a while for a nice second hand exhaust i have decided to bite the bullet and buy a new one :pale: So you thoughts, which exhaust do you recommend for a largely standard Rev 4 Turbo? My old standard exhaust is on its last legs, but i reckon it could hold on ...

Re: Apexi GT Exhausts - Are they too loud for the track?? Any help welcome!
Most db limits on tracks in the UK are 98db and 105db
(if i'm not mistaken
)

I'm just wondering how much difference using the bung would make?
And more importantly how much power would be lost from using it in the first place ](./images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif)

Apexi GT Exhausts - Are they too loud for the track?? Any help welcome!
As title, I'm looking to buy an Apexi Gt exhaust for my MR2 turbo with the intention of using it on track days. However before i spend nearly £600 pounds on an exhaust i would be very interested to know whether they are anywhere near track legal (my car has stage 1 mods only ie filter, decat and boo...

[All] [Generic] Wheel Refurbishment Companies - any experience / recommends???
Hi, I'm looking into getting a set of wheels refurbed and hopefully resprayed in another colour (not quite decided what yet though  ) Can anyone recommend a company that does a decent job here in the UK and doesn't charge silly money? Has anyone used a company before and been especially happy ...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Long term test . . . . Berk Technology Exhaust (Turbo)
Hi all, I recently changed the oil on my rev 4 tubby and i noticed that the exhaust is blowing badly and needs replacing, without going into the "which is the best exhaust" debate (which i think is very subjective tbh), i quite like the Berk stainless model (through GTSCHRIS). I wanted to ...

T1-R tires for a track day???? comments welcome!
Hi all, Ive got a track day coming up at Donnington Park (quite a quick circuit) and the only tires i have at the moment are TOYO PROXES T1-Rs. I've heard about the soft sidewall stories and agree totally (my g.f. has them on her Corsa and the side walls are squishy even on that!) However on my MR2 ...

Re: Exhaust Options to comply with trackday noise restrictions
I could really do with knowing wether a NUR SPEC and decat would pass sound regs too - i hope to do some trackdays this year and i am running this setup at the moment too  Suppose i could always use the bung............... for the first time! Didn't Mike's car have a NUR on it for th...

Which would you choose???
Hi all, I'm thinking about buying either an Xbox 360 elite or a PS3... Now without starting the "which is best" debate up again, i just wondered which one of the two people recommend and where possible which games are worth getting / looking out for when released? The machine would purely ...

[Mk2] [Turbo] 16" wheel offset - help please!!!
Hi all, I'm just about to order a set of staggered 16 inch alloy wheels - 7 inch wide front and 8 inch wide for the rears. I just wondered what the best offsets would be to choose to so the wheels fit without rubbing on my tein coilovers? I reckon about 33 front and 38 rears? :-k :-k :-k :-k Any hel...

[Mk2] [Turbo] VOLK TE37's in a 16 - offset question!!!
Hi all, I have the option of buying some VOLK TE37's for a bargain price from a friend and wondered if the following would fit on a rev3 tubby with tein super street suspension? They are cheap....... but not if they don't fit properly! The wheel info i was given is: - 16" x 7" front...

[Mk2] [Generic] Just about to buy some wheels . . . . . help required!
As title! Im about to buy some wheels for my Tubby and i can't make up my mind whether to go for 17's or 16's - i'm more interested in performance rather than looks, but i've got a full Border kit on my motor :thumleft: and i'm concerned that 16's would look really small in the arches :( Any help/ad...
