Activities, Themes... What do YOU want to see at JAE?!

So, if you've got to spend 2 days living out of a tent and partying in a marquee, what do you want in that marquee?!

In the past we've had:
Scalextric
Guitar Hero
Forza
Projector with the F1 on (JAE is the same weekend as Monza)

And that's just in the last 3 years! What else would YOU like to see from YOUR club?

For 2012 I will be bringing the speakers, amp etc again as well as the the usual lights etc, currently taking up half my garage loft.

Happy to bring the scaletrix again, might even be able to bring along a football table or hockey table if I can borrow a works van.

Would love to see the Xbox's back again at JAE and maybe some films / etc.

Oh an will also have the projector screen to bring.

I have some suggestions.......


Tent wise. . .

1) Decent sound system
2) lets decorate the inside ..... bunting, pics of members cars anything to make it more than just a big tent.

Stand/cars
Organised sign posted sections ....

1) Because the club is International lets give our international friends their own section. After all they have come a long way !

2) MK1, MK2 and MK3 sections. - Age order, Rev 1's together etc

3) Members 'other cars' section - There are some dedicated members who no longer own 2's however they do own a jap ride . Lets give them their own section too, so they dont just look like they have tagged along or are on the wrong stand .

Fancy Dress night -

1) A nice cheap theme that everyone doesn't mind taking part in

I'm not sure anyone will have the time or inclination to sit down for a few hours to watch a film. Plus I think we need a PRS license for that!
