Heres a picture based guide I have made for people worrying about cutting their carbon fibre bonnets up to install aerocatch bonnet catches

Ready to start in the freezing cold

This area seemed to be the best for mounting the pins, Drill them out with a 10mm drill bit

Now Safety first, I couldnt find a dust mask so used my painting mask

Cut this section of the inner skin out if you have a carbon bonnet, Cover your frunk up with a sheet as dust will go everywhere as I found out!!

Use some old bar as you dont want to start cutting you pins up yet incase you cut them too small!!.

Close the bonnet down and use the cross hair on the aerocatch template to mark out the centre of the hole.

a good idea is to apply electrical tape to the Cross hairs on the aerocatch template as this will show you where you need to mount the template easier.

Apply some thick tape around the area just incase you slip!!

Set dremel to slow speed and dremel away, take your time, its actaully

Looks a mess.

keep sanding till it fits

Repeat for the other side.

Done, just need to drill the holes and bolt them in.

Started snowing but I pressed on!! Was about

Still need to get a finished shot but the cars covered in snow
