As previously promised I'm not going to let this forum miss out on Japfest in 2013 as we missed out this year

I have contacted them in order to get the ball rolling. Here is their response

The date has yet to be released.
Pre-bookings can be sent in from the date release of Japfest.
 
If you get your booking in early this will gain you a more prime location.

There were rumours that it would be a 2 day event this year so I have sent them an email to clarify this

There is no conformation that Japfest will become a two day event.
 
Yes as soon as the date is released yes you can book.
 
You can book as many tickets as you wish but remembering that you can not exceed more stand passes than you book tickets.
 
Please be aware that when booking tickets they are pre-pay

Club booking form has been downloaded in preparation ready for the event
I've now also sent them an email clarifying a couple of points...


It would be good to actually have an imoc presence this year and the earlier we book/more people attending the better location that we get

It looks like tickets will be £20 inclusive of stand passes for early booking

If anyone has any imoc signs, gazebos, bbqs etc... That they want to bring along that would be great but can you make me aware of them please as they need to be added to the health and safety "hazard" list lol

Thats what Im asking japfest to confirm...

Obviously from my point of view it would be simpler if I could buy say 30 stand passes and send these out to people who buy their own ticket through Japfest. Ive got a feeling that I will have to compile everyones money and buy it all at once though

Usual procedure is to buy club entry tickets and get passes together I'd say.

Well I'm still waiting for a response from Japfest

In the mean time I'm seeing if imoc can stamp up some cash to buy the tickets in bulk initially so that we have a guaranteed plot
