[Mk2] [Turbo] Error code 47.....anyone had this?

secondary throttle position sensor. I think it is to do with traction control.

I'm sure code 47 is the thermo sensor on the engine lid... couldn't work it out for years doing the rev 2 > rev 3 conversion... then i realised I nicked the sensor for the IAT input.. others had left it in place... and voila.. no error code when plugged in !

that would explain why ive got the same error code (ive not got lsd either), as my sensor had been removed before i got the car......

Its is for the secondary throttle for the traction control or cruise control.

Just ignore it, it doesnt effect the running of the engine.

Cheers man, after resetting the ecu the code has gone now.. and error code 48 has appeared... can't see this listed anywhere either!!
