Premium Membership?

I have just realised that my premium membership as disappeared. I have checked my PayPal and I have paid, any ideas?

The situation is being reviewed, as I understand it, when its activated your premium membership will run from the day of actibvation not when you paid so you will not lose any time in relation to money spent.
