can the ct26 wastegate be bored out?

Yeh but it takes alot of work to do correctly and many people have attempted it, good thing is that ct26 exhaust turbines housings are cheap so its not so bad, alot of people fit single wastegate housings from the ct26a found on supras to avoid creep.

It can be done but isn't too successful. Best to use the ct26a housing as trickster says.

Did it to mine didnt make any difference. I bought a single wastegate off TT to stop over boosting

whell mr morris u beet me to that one,

yes just buy a turbo tech single hole housing it over comes the over boost problem that the too effecent toyota housing causes,

but BE very cairfull that u dont shatter the whell when changing the housing
