Pretty Rev1 in need of rebuild

Post by Bobby (aka Shaggar) »

Just testing at the mo, but how much would anyone offer for my car as it stands?

Click on my profile for full details.

The car is in great condition having recieved a shed load of paint to bring her up to scratch under a year ago. The wheels are practically new too. A lot of car there but there is blowby past the pistons at the mo. Not sure about the turbo either. I have a brand new set of forged JE pistons which will come with the car.

At the mo, I'm either gonna sort the car and keep it, or let it go like this and move on. Really am in two minds as I love 2s dearly.

Let me know folks.

Sorry bobby, i didnt look at your garage, just the profile.

When you have other rev1/2 turbos SELLING on here from £1500 upwards, it makes it hard to value one with engine and or turbo troubles, even with the body work as clean as yours !!

I reacon if you got an offer of £800-£1000 + £350 for the pistons..you'd be smiling....less if you swopped them wheels for standards.

Anything less than that, you'd want to be fixing it yourself and keeping it.
