looks like a nice car mate and that turbo would cost you a fair bit on it`s own, looks like there maybe a different intercooler in there and there is a hks dump valve and uprated exhaust, also cam belt change done and being a rev 3 is a bonus. there may be some other hidden mods too. i`d get the car checked out properly then try offering 4k to see what happens if everything is fine.
even paying the asking price is good value as far as im concerned(as long as everything is in good working order)

Obviously it's difficult to tell without an inspection and test drive, however it seems about the right price for the car / year / spec.

id say stock dude...
only the turbo to ic pipe looks different, and that just because of the turbo.
ic itself looks standard, you can just make out the black fins on it in the pics.

agreed mate, it was just the pipe that made me think
