MR2 Turbo Rev 1 T-Bar

Post by razi-islam »

Bought it as a project but the GTR takes priority and I just don’t have the time or money any more to finish the project

SPEC:

Rev 1 Turbo
T-bar
Samco Hoses
Adjustable Actuator
Half Leathers
17” Wolfrace Alloys with Kumho Tyres
Border Front Bumper (In need of repair or change)
Veilside Skirts
Veilside Rear Bumper
Veilside Spoiler
Short Shifter
Clifford Cat 1 Alarm and Immobiliser
AC, Full Electrics etc

The car is currently sorned and has no MOT. I have all the previous MOTs and extensive receipts.

It is in lamborghini orange..its original colour was dark green. I did plan to restore it to its original colour but my plans have changed.

The three points that need attention:

Front Bumper needs to be replaced or repaired.
Front End Respray once that’s done
When I bought it the chap said there was a small leak from one of the gearbox oil seals.

Milleage is just over 100k miles.

Starts first time without any problems.

only thing i can think of is that the DVLA have registered it wrong when it first came in the country....they may well have put it on a H plate (ie Rev1) but infact it was a J (which is rev2)

im just speculating there but AFAIK there has been no change of engine...
