[All] [Generic] SVA law change?
I have heard a few people mention something about a change in the SVA law's in 2003 which affected imports, what were the changes and how did they affect the cars?

If no model report for a specific car.
..ie mr2 turbo then this vehicle can no longer be imported into the country and therefore can not be regisitered on uk roads unless this was done before the law change in 2003
If this was the case then the car is fine on uk roads as it is already regisitered.
The mr2 turbo does not have a model report for later revisions. This is basically where every nut and bolt etc has to be stated on the car. Something like that anyway...IIRC
