All receipts for any work carried out in last 4 years
(new battery and exhaust done last year). The cambelt was done when my friend purchased about 4 years ago but she has only done about 20,000 miles in the car since so no problems there.I can vouch for this car and overall it is in good condition.
It has the typical rust problems (arches and I would say the lower front bumper and maybe the front wings need replacing but the wings might be able to be repaired rather than replaced). But as you can see from the pictures, apart from the rust, the bodywork is in very good condition overall. If you can sort the rust out, I would say it would be looking mint. Could also do with wheel refurbishment but some P100, t-cut and a spare weekend will get you some nice looking wheels!Engine wise, no problems at all.
Had a new exhaust fitted last summer and has been looked after. Could do with an oil and filter change but am fairly sure if it is bought by someone on here this would be done anyway. Only being sold to make way for new purchase and I know my mate is gonna be gutted to see her baby go!

Rust in typical places and needs sorting
(see pics and above description)Heaters do not blow hot air
- the car warms up fine and temp gauge works no problems but for some reason, despite blowing (cold) air out, the heaters do not blow hot. I reckon this is a fuse gone somewhere but aren't an expert and haven't looked so will need looking at. Wheels need a refurb
Needs an oil and filter change
With a little bit of TLC, I'd say you will have a lovely looking late model MK1 that's reliable and as you all know great fun to drive.
