As do Toyota for new units, around £250 each for the steering fellas.
And £150 each for the non-steering ones.

Actually, you can quite easily get the fog lights apart. I've just reconditioned 3 pairs of them (incl 1 steering pair). It requires a lot of time, and a very powerful hairdryer.
From what I can work out, toyota put a layer of hot glue in to the plastic housing, clip the lens in place with the metal clips you should see top and bottom, cook them, and then let them cool, thus setting the glue. All you need to do is heat them up again to get the glue to melt.
There are some other complications - the wiring (a 2 pin plug for non steering lights, the steering ones have an extra plug which is 5 or 6 pin, can't remember) is put in before the plugs are attached, so to remove it in one go you need to spring the pins out of the plugs. There are some other differences as well, for example the steering ones vs non steering ones seem to take different bulbs.
