I finally dropped my tank to swap my Walbro 255 out for an aem 320.... However I was greeted to this.
Any ideas what the cause may be?
Cheers

[Mk2] [Turbo] Walbro died. What's this residue?

Well I think it's corrosion...
If I shake the tank. The petrol goes very cloudy.
Any suggestions? Or is it new tank time.

Well it's all sorted.
Looks like its a result of the tank being left for 6 years.
I've white whine vinegar cleaned it. Then clean water. And it's all gone. I've dried it and re filled with petty and installed my aem fuel pump. Which is absolutely silent.... Glad I've changed it from the Walbro now.
