Spent 10 minutes on hold, to get through to someone who said:
"I'll transfer you to the correct department (of which couldn't be selected dialling the number for modified car insurance) 
I then spent a further 6 mins listening to the same hold music, only to give up in the end.
Come on guys, customer service should be better than this!!!!
